Winter Style design by Evelyn Clark
Hat, shawl, scarf or stole in an easy to crochet, reversible, textured rib pattern. The shawl increases in width faster than it does in length giving it a boomerang shape that is very easy to wear.
Sizes: Hat - small, medium & large (22 1/2", 24", 25 1/4")
Shawl, scarf, or stole (not pictured) may be made to any size desired.
Yardage: worsted weight yarn
Note: hat is worked with a double strand of yarn, shawl and scarf with a single strand.
Hat - approximately 240 (250, 270) yards total with yarn used double.
Shawl - approximately 1000 yards for a finished measurement of 30" deep at center back, 100" wide along top of shawl.
Scarf - approximately 275 yards for a finished measurement, including fringe, of 65" long and 7" wide.
Stole (not pictured) - approximately 1000 yards for a finished measurement, including fringe, or 65" long and 24" wide.
Note: shawl, scarf or stole can easily be made in any weight of yarn. Yardage requirements will increase with lighter weight yarns. Hat may also be made in a lighter weight yarn by using three or more strands together instead of two.
